4.4. Refunds: All purchases are final. Under UK and EU consumer law, you typically have a 14-day right to cancel digital purchases. However, you acknowledge that by accessing or using the virtual items immediately after purchase, you lose this right to a refund.

7.1. By You: You may stop using our Services at any time by deleting the game.
7.2. By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services (including deleting your in-game progress) if you violate these Terms, without prior notice.
8.1. The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We do not guarantee that the game will always be error-free or available at all times.
